Old Maths Question's

Hey, My blogs have been recently falling behind, so I thought I might as well blog some old maths questions

Here's the first:

Levi’s Train
We are learning to use appropriate units for time

A train leaves the station on time. After it has gone 8km the driver looks at his watch and sees that the hour hand is exactly over the minute hand.
The average speed of the train over the 8km was 16KpH.
When did the train leave the station?
11:30
What if the train was traveling at 20KpH?
11:25

Today's Book Review

Today I read a Level 2 Avengers comic, I thought I might as well review it. The book is good, short and easy to read. Though to me it felt a bit too short, of course, since I'm 12. It gives you a good summary of the movie Avengers in the perspective of Captain America, Aka, Steve Rogers. It is a 30 page small book (not including a few pictures) it's good for small children if they're interested in superhero's, It's also a good book to read to them while they go to sleep. That's my opinion anyway.

Cheers!

Nerf Football

Today, in interval, we played a new game, at least, to me. Anyway me and my friends played Nerf football as in American football, on the school's court. We played for 25 - 30 minutes straight, it was hilariously fun as I fell over onto some bark as I caught the Nerf football thing. It left me half exhausted and half sore. Still it was fun, no doubt.

Cheers! (Got this phrase from a friend named Moses)
